Compass Care

We invite you to support missionary families by volunteering with us. We welcome all who want an opportunity to help frontline workers and their families stay healthy while they spread the gospel of hope to the world. Our staff and volunteers are resources for these global workers to care for their mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

We welcome experienced missionaries, social workers, counselors, and clergies to join us and make a significant impact in the lives of Christian Cross-Cultural Workers. We are looking for volunteer pastoral counselors, debriefers, mental health coaches. and spiritual directors. Let us work together to make a positive difference in the world!

  • Counselor applicants must have a Master's Degree in an area related to counseling or a minimum of 5 years Pastoral Counseling experience. Some experience living cross-culturally or working with Cross-Cultural workers.

  • For Coaching, Debriefing, and Pastoral Care applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of ministry experience, some experience living cross-culturally or working with Cross-Cultural workers, and willing to undergo our coaching training and certification process.

Compass provides a healthy volunteer environment to facilitate spiritual, emotional, and intellectual growth, continued skills training, supervision, and opportunities to fulfill your God given gifts.

Does helping MKs/TCKs transition from living abroad into American culture give you life? Are you a community-minded person and willing to be community for MKs/TCKs? We have a place for you.

We are looking for volunteers who love Third Culture Kids/Missionary Kids. We are in need of mentors, home group facilitators, vocational coaches, and college outreach.

TCK/MK experience is a plus but not necessary, some ministry experience is also a plus, willing to go through our 1 year intensive discipleship training, and must be willing to work on their character and spiritual growth.
